About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager who thrives on clarity, curiosity, and courageous conversations. You’ll be the bridge between advertiser clients and our internal publishing, editorial, design, and marketing teams — ensuring campaigns launch on time, deliver measurable results, and reflect SEJ’s commitment to quality.

This role is AI-first. You already use AI and LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) daily and have hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows. Your success will depend on spotting opportunities to integrate AI into publishing and campaign management: streamlining how we work, elevating creative quality, and helping clients achieve meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

*Responsible for marketing campaigns from kick-off to delivery.
*Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and responsibilities across marketing and design initiatives, allocating resources effectively.
*Manage client communications, reporting, and expectations.
*Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.
*Proactively implement AI tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and campaign delivery.
*Give and invite feedback consistently — with honesty, curiosity, and care.
*Build relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and reliability.
*Help create systems that make brave, high-quality work repeatable.

Who You Are

*7+ years of project management experience in digital marketing, publishing, or media.
*Experience managing advertiser/sponsor/agency campaigns.
*Proven, daily use of AI/LLMs for workflow automation, content, analytics, or operations.
*Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI solutions and providing team guidance on best practices.
*Advanced Asana user (or similar collaboration tools)
*Exceptional English communication (written & verbal).
*Skilled at navigating feedback and tough conversations with professionalism and grace.
*Emotionally intelligent — self-aware, humble, and growth-oriented.
*Nice to have: knowledge of digital publishing workflows, SEO, and/or content promotion.
