Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a highly resourceful Virtual Assistant to become the first EA/VA hire in a fast-growing digital marketing agency. What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Will Be the Same):
- Managing client onboarding (emails, form submissions, setting up folders)
- Posting, editing, and refreshing Facebook & IG ads
- Updating and organizing client dashboards & internal trackers (Google Sheets)
- Coordinating Zoom links, calendar invites, Slack updates
- Following SOPs and helping build new ones
- Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Great at following SOPs and taking initiative when none exist
- Knows their way around Google Drive, Slack, Loom, Go High level, Meta Ads (basic)
- Quick learner, fast executor — no hand-holding needed
- Hungry to grow inside a fast-moving team
- Experience with agencies or online businesses a bonus
