Salary: $300–$400 USD/month (Part-Time)

The Role
We’re looking for a STAR PLAYER — someone ambitious, creative, and obsessed with growth.
As our Part-Time Social Media Manager & Content Strategist, you’ll help develop and manage content strategies for multiple personal brands. You’ll plan content, write captions, research trends, and work with our creative team to make each brand stand out online.
You’ll think like a marketer, execute like a creator, and move with precision — ensuring every piece of content serves a clear purpose.

Responsibilities
Create monthly content plans and calendars for clients
Research trends and develop ideas for engaging social media content
Write captions and creative directions for short-form videos
Manage posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Review analytics and suggest improvements for better performance
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
Collaborate with editors and designers to bring creative ideas to life

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and audience psychology
Excellent English writing & communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Canva, Later, or Metricool
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Bonus: Experience managing entrepreneurs, coaches, or influencer brands

Compensation & Growth
Starting Rate: $300–$400 USD/month (part-time)
