Social Media Engagement Assistant (LinkedIn, X, and Instagram) – Growth & Interaction Management

We’re looking for a Social Media Engagement Assistant to help increase organic engagement and growth across our LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram accounts.

Your main job will be to interact with relevant audiences and competitors, join engagement communities or groups, and write thoughtful comments and replies to boost visibility and connections — all while following our clear guidelines and tone.

Responsibilities:

Engage daily with target audiences through comments, likes, and replies.

Join and participate in LinkedIn, X, and Instagram engagement communities (where appropriate).

Research competitor accounts and interact strategically.

Help grow impressions, reach, and engagement through genuine activity.

Follow the company’s communication tone and content strategy.

Requirements:

Experience managing engagement for social media accounts.

Good written English and understanding of brand tone.

Knowledge of LinkedIn, X, and Instagram engagement strategies.

Detail-oriented, consistent, and proactive.
