Hive Academy, a pioneering learning hub in Canada, is looking for an experienced Curriculum Developer to design and write engaging Singapore Math–based learning materials for Grades 1–12. We’re building an innovative and mastery-based program that helps students strengthen understanding, retention, and confidence in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive lesson plans, practice workbooks, and level tests based on the Singapore Math approach.

Create visually engaging and age-appropriate learning materials (e.g., quizzes, problem sets, visual aids).

Align materials with Newfoundland & Labrador curriculum standards and Hive Academy’s learning model.

Collaborate with tutors and academic leads to refine lessons based on student progress and feedback.

Ensure all materials promote critical thinking, mastery learning, and conceptual understanding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience teaching or developing Singapore Math–based materials.

Strong understanding of the Singapore Math framework (CPA approach: Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract).

Excellent written English and clear instructional writing style.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
