About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Scheduler / Sales Agent to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls to help schedule appointments, answer questions, and educate patients about their care options. You’ll also follow up on patient inquiries submitted online and ensure every interaction feels warm, professional, and supportive.
You will work closely with our leadership team to test and refine call scripts, track results, and continuously improve the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to schedule appointments
- Educate patients about our services and answer their questions with empathy and accuracy
- Address and overcome objections regarding treatment, payment, or scheduling
- Maintain accurate call records and patient information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve call scripts and communication strategies

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — clear, warm, and professional tone
- Experience in customer acquisition, patient scheduling, or telemarketing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in documenting calls
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, private workspace for patient calls
- Availability to work 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine time (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern), Monday to Friday

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with US healthcare systems or insurance verification (copays, out-of-pocket estimates)
- Experience using Dialpad, Athena, or other HIPAA-compliant communication tools.
- Previous experience in healthcare, call centers, or medical billing
