Affiliate Marketer and Outreach

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our affiliate and influencer partnerships for Nutrition On The Go — a fast-growing U.S. supplement brand offering single-serve whey protein + creatine packets designed for travel and everyday convenience.

You’ll be responsible for finding relevant creators (mainly TikTok + Amazon), reaching out, tracking conversations, and coordinating samples or affiliate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and qualify creators that fit our brand (fitness, travel, wellness, lifestyle)
- Reach out via TikTok, Instagram, or email using scripts/templates
- Log outreach, responses, and follow-ups in our CRM or spreadsheet
- Help set up affiliate links through Levanta, TikTok Shop, or Amazon
- Track performance and report weekly on leads, responses, and conversions
- Coordinate product sample shipments and maintain clean records
- Assist with other marketing tasks as needed (UGC coordination, content tracking, etc.)

Requirements

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with influencer or affiliate outreach (TikTok, Instagram, or Amazon)
- Highly organized and comfortable with Google Sheets or Notion
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability (8 hours/day)
- Detail-oriented and good communicator (fast replies, clean grammar)
- Basic familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, TikTok, and CRM-style sheets

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

- Experience using Levanta, Euka.ai, or affiliate marketing tools
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Amazon Seller Central
- Has worked with supplement, wellness, or DTC e-commerce brands
- Understands performance metrics (engagement rate, CTR, conversions)

Compensation

- Starting Rate: $5.50 – $6.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Bonuses: For high-performing outreach (e.g., $25 per highly qualified affiliate onboarded)
- Hours: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday–Friday, flexible within PH hours)
- Advancement: Pay increases and bonuses based on performance and growth
