Cold Caller/Appointment Setter for Insurance Agency

We are a growing COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agency based in Kankakee, Illinois (USA), looking for a motivated, confident Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team remotely.

Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects, introduce our insurance services, and schedule appointments for follow-up calls with the licensed agent. You'll play a key role in helping families and small businesses find affordable auto, home, and life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (no selling - just appointment setting).
Use call scripts confidently and naturally to start conversations.
Update lead details and call notes in CRM (Google Sheets).
Schedule follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads.
Send quick recap messages or emails after successful calls.
Track daily calling activity and report results.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English.
Comfortable talking on the phone and handling objections politely.
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (insurance experience a plus).
Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a good headset.
Must be coachable, consistent, and results-driven.
