We’re a U.S.-based healthcare group operating multiple Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinics. Our mission is to help people move better and live healthier — and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor to turn our raw footage into high-quality, engaging content for social media, digital ads, and family-style videos.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a versatile video content creator who can transform raw video footage (clinic footage, doctor/patient interactions, exercise demos, lifestyle clips, into fun, polished, and emotionally engaging short-form content. And also taking existing finished videos and repupose it, including adding new captions and voiceovers in different languages.

You should be able to balance creativity with strategy: knowing how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds, maintain strong pacing, and design for maximum engagement.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce 10–20 short-form videos per week (15–60 seconds each) to start with from provided raw footage and previously finished videos.
Create eye-catching hooks, captions, transitions, and music syncs to match platform trends
Repurpose long-form footage into clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and
Design clear text overlays and motion graphics when needed
Select sound effects, trending audio, and color grading that fit the clinic brand aesthetic
Occasionally edit long-form videos (tutorials, exercise demos, family travel recaps, or staff interviews)
Organize and label video files for efficient review and archiving
Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and quality across all edits
Communicate proactively with the creative and management team through Slack/WhatsApp
Requirements
Proven experience editing engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) — portfolio required
Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling for social platforms
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Basic audio balancing, color correction, and text design skills
Ability to transform simple clinic footage into professional, scroll-stopping content
Familiarity with U.S. trends and visual styles (healthcare, fitness, wellness, family/lifestyle)
Fast turnaround time and clear, consistent communication
Reliable internet connection and ability to manage Google Drive shared folders
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)
Familiarity with healthcare, fitness, or wellness-related content
Experience editing paid ad creatives
Understanding of storytelling, emotional hooks, and call-to-action strategy
Work Setup
Remote (Philippines-based only)
Part-time to start; potential to grow into a full-time creative role
Flexible schedule (must meet agreed weekly deadlines)
Communication aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone (Chicago) preferred
Compensation
Starting rate: Based on experience ($3–$5 USD/hour)
Hours
