Sales Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales:
*Organize the lead inbox at least 2x daily so that the Sales Coordinator knows what leads are a priority.
*Responding to appropriate emails to qualify top-of-funnel leads and escalate where appropriate for the Sales Coordinator.
*Adding leads from the lead inbox into our CRM software Copper, to ensure leads aren’t falling through the cracks
*Escalating leads to the Sales Coordinator’s calendar appropriately
*Creating pipeline records in our CRM to track hot leads through a sales pipeline
*Using a set of scripts, respond to Instagram and Facebook ----------
*Setting through DMs to get qualified leads on the sales calendar.
*Responding to YouTube comments.
*Using a set of scripts, respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram.
*Represent the brand in a warm, respectful, and professional manner that builds trust and invites engagement.

General:
*Accurately record notes and follow-up tasks fro ---------- etings
*Strategically improve SOPs and scripts as we learn more about our customer and the sales experience
*Maintain clean and up-to-date records in our CRM and reporting tools.
*Assist with monthly and quarterly performance reporting to guide team strategy.
*Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
*Follow and accurately complete all subtasks for assigned projects in Asana
*Use AI to help with appropriate functions
*Proactively flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
*3+ years of experience in sales is required
*Experience in social selling with a reference from a closer is a huge plus
*Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
*Know how to properly maintain a digital archive
*Possess strong attention to detail and time management skills
*Well organized and a team player
*Confident in asking management clarifying questions to better complete projects
*Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
*Have an advanced level of English
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
*Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred skills and experience:
*Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
*Familiarity with Asana Project Management software or any other project management software

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
*Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
*Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (8am-5pm) Central Time // Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9pm - 6am PHT.
Salary Range: Php 40,000 - 60,000 depending on experience
