We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer who’s data-obsessed, analytical, and passionate about scaling campaigns profitably.
???? Role Overview
- This role is for an experienced Paid Media Buyer who can plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- You’ll collaborate with our internal team to execute data-driven strategies, identify performance trends, and deliver measurable ROI.
- This is a full-time, remote role with required EST time zone overlap.
???? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta
- Monitor daily performance, identify trends, pacing issues, and optimization opportunities
- Build forecasts and manage campaign pacing to meet goals
- Collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad visuals and copy for conversions
- Manage campaign budgets and prepare detailed performance reports
- Present campaign insights using Google Slides and other reporting tools
- Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and strategies in performance marketing
- Configure Meta Conversion APIs, Google Tag Manager, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
???? What You Bring
- Proven experience managing $50k+ monthly budgets on Meta and Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing and campaign optimization
- Experience with GA4, Triple Whale, NorthBeam, or Looker Studio
- Ability to forecast, pace, and optimize campaigns based on data
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with TikTok, Bing, or Amazon Ads is a plus
- Leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage
???? Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Comfortable working EST hours
