Creative Podcast Editor

We’re a creative agency in the Caribbean on a mission to empower and educate our community through media. We produce podcasts and digital content that explore business, creativity, faith, and modern life. We’re looking for a Creative Editor who can help us bring these stories to life.

What You’ll Do
- Edit 45–60 minute multicam podcasts in DaVinci Resolve (3-4 episodes per week)
- Craft strong hooks and intros that pull viewers in
- Create thumbnails (Photoshop or Canva)
- Produce 4–6 engaging shorts per episode
- Edit behind-the-scenes photos for social media (~10 per episode)
- Design text-based quotes from each podcast using Canva templates
- Use AI tools to speed up workflow, while maintaining a strong creative polish

About You
- You’re a story-driven editor who knows how to make a conversation flow
- You’re organized, reliable, and self-motivated—no time tracking, just timely delivery
- You’re comfortable working remotely and communicating via WhatsApp + Gmail
- You can manage tasks through Notion and handle payments via Wise or PayPal
- You’re open to working on 3-month contracts after a paid trial period
