Client Onboarding Specialist (Credit Repair Company)

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based credit restoration and financial solutions company helping clients clean up their credit reports and rebuild their financial future. Our team uses modern tools and automation to make the process simple and effective for our clients.

We’re now hiring motivated Client Onboarding Specialists to join our remote team. You’ll be speaking with new clients, reviewing their credit reports, and walking them through our onboarding survey (which includes checkout at the end based on their promo plan).

This is a long-term role with room for growth — promotions and leadership opportunities are available for top performers.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Call and onboard new clients after signup or lead submission
• Review credit reports (we’ll train you how to identify derogatory items)
• Explain the process clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the onboarding survey form step-by-step
• Help clients complete checkout and confirm payment
• Update records and notes inside our CRM
• Maintain friendly, professional communication with clients at all times

???? Qualifications
• Excellent spoken English (clear and confident phone voice)
• Experience with customer service, appointment setting, or credit repair (preferred)
• Comfortable using CRMs, forms, and automation tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and headset
• Quiet working environment for calls

• Flexible hours (U.S. time zone preferred)
• Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
