Real estate marketing and lead generation specialist

???? About the Role


We’re looking for a results-driven Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale our buyer and rental lead flow through strategic online marketing. You’ll manage our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok presence, build out high-converting landing pages, and funnel all leads directly into our CRM for our agents to follow up.



This role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn clicks into clients and thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

???? What You’ll Do
Post on Facebook Marketplace (2 accounts) to generate rental and buyer leads

Post on Instagram (2 accounts) to attract renters, buyers, and agents

Engage with inquiries via Messenger and DMs to collect contact info and pre-qualify leads

Design and maintain landing pages that convert traffic into inquiries

Post short-form videos and content on TikTok for visibility and brand growth

Set up and run Facebook Ad Campaigns optimized for lead generation

Organize and funnel all leads into our CRM, tagging and assigning to the right agents

Track results and report weekly on ad performance, conversions, and lead volume

???? What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running Facebook Ads for real estate or similar industries

Skilled with social media posting and automation tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer)

Strong understanding of lead funnels, landing pages, and CRMs (knowledge of Follow Up Boss, TotalBrokerage, or similar is a plus)

Basic web design skills (e.g. Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress)

Excellent written English and communication skills

Self-starter who can take direction and deliver results
