We’re a US-based house cleaning and junk removal company looking for VA to help with sales, scheduling, and customer support.
Your tasks:
* Answer phone calls, texts from leads & customers
* Provide quotes and help close sales
* Schedule and reschedule jobs
* Support our cleaners and junk removal teams with updates
* Client follow ups
Requirements:
* High attention to detail
* Confident on the phone
* Neutral or low accent
* Great spoken & written English
* 2+ years VA
* Fast learner, organized, and dependable
* High-speed internet, reliable computer, headset
Nice to have (not required):
* BOOKINGKOALA and OPENPHONE experience is a big plus!
* Junk removal and CLEANING experience is a big plus!
* Fluent in Spanish
* 2 computer screens highly recommended

Hours (CDT Texas time):
* Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM–12:30 PM
* Saturday: availability may be needed from first to last job of the day
* Very rarely you may need to pick afternoon shift 1PM-7:30PM
* You will start as part time (minimum 25 hours per week) but as we grow we may shift you to full time.
* This is a long term job position
Pay:
* training period: $3/hr and then $4/hr after
* Bonuses based on performance
