Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, sales-driven Virtual Assistant to help grow Natural Ade through outbound outreach, social media engagement, and light content creation. You will connect with potential customers, influencers, and retail opportunities through email and direct messages, while managing inbound interest from platforms like OnBrand.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach:

Send personalized DMs and emails across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Reddit, and email

Research or organize leads and initiate conversations to generate interest, samples, and sales

Inbound Lead Management:

Review daily sample requests (OnBrand & social platforms)

Qualify high-potential leads and send follow-up or rejection messages with sales opportunities

Social Media Support:

Create simple static posts using Canva/templates (quotes, product posts, etc.)

Repurpose content for Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter

Creative Copywriting:

Write engaging outreach messages, captions, and wellness-focused copy using brand tone

Use tools like ChatGPT to personalize messages and improve campaign performance

Ideal Qualifications

Strong written English & conversational tone

Experience with outreach, sales, or community engagement

Basic Canva or content creation skills

Organized and proactive with follow-ups

Interest in women’s wellness or health brands is a plus
