FULL-TIME TIKTOK SHOP VIDEO EDITOR/VA

10–15 videos per day | 60-90 per week | $400/month | Long-term

I am a TikTok Shop creator in the clean beauty, black hair, motherhood, and lifestyle niche. I post daily and need a full-time editor who understands TikTok deeply and can create high-retention, aesthetic, and conversion-focused short-form videos at scale.

This is NOT a basic “cut clips” role. This is a production role with high output and high standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Edit 10–15 TikTok/Reels/Shorts daily (80–100 weekly)
• Use strong hooks, fast pacing, captions, transitions, trending sounds
• Maintain a clean, feminine, premium aesthetic
• Edit content such as product demos, try-ons, motherhood lifestyle, UGC, problem/solution, GRWM
• Repurpose for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest
• Improve retention, watch time, and conversions
• Follow TikTok trends and editing styles

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience editing specifically for TikTok
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, text timing, virality, trends
• Able to deliver 10–15 high-quality videos per day
• Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Fast, reliable, and consistent
• Takes feedback and improves
• Full-time availability (long-term)
