This role is NOT for brand designers, logo designers, Canva editors, or anyone who has never created ads that had to profitably convert cold traffic.
If you’ve never worked on direct response
If your portfolio doesn’t show actual ads, you will be ignored.
If you take 2–3 days to turn around a single batch, this isn’t for you.
We’re only looking for designers who understand performance, not “pretty.”
WHAT WE NEED
A performance-driven creative who knows how to design ads that stop scrolls and drive purchases.
This role is for a fast-growing DTC brand running high-volume cold traffic campaigns.
You MUST have:
? Experience designing
? Understanding of hooks, hierarchy, conversion principles
? Ability to turn around batches within 24–48 hours
? Strong creative judgment — you know when a brief is weak and can suggest better angles
? A mindset focused on results, not ornamental design
If you’ve never worked inside a direct response funnel, you will not survive here.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Design high-converting static ads, carousels, and simple GIFs
• Create occasional website graphics (landing page headers, offer cards, etc.)
• Take feedback fast — no ego, no delays
• Follow briefs but speak up when something can be improved
• Learn our creative frameworks and eventually help ideate new concepts
GROWTH PATH
If you’re good, you’ll move into a Creative Strategist role — leading ideation and managing more designers.
