Go High Level Tech Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Go High Level Tech Specialist (VA) to support our clients by managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting their Go High Level platforms. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of implementing marketing automations, funnels, and integrations efficiently.

This role requires someone who can take initiative, solve technical challenges, and ensure smooth operations across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Go High Level platform issues, setup, or implementation.
• Build and manage funnels, automations, pipelines, and workflows based on client needs.
• Integrate third-party tools (email, payment gateways, calendars, etc.) to ensure full system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in setting up marketing campaigns, forms, and landing pages inside Go High Level.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to implement campaigns and track performance.
• Provide recommendations and improvements for client accounts to optimize conversions and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of setups, processes, and solutions for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Go High Level, including automations, pipelines, email/SMS campaigns, and CRM tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve tech issues with minimal supervision.
• Marketing Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and CRM management.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in execution and testing of workflows and campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Clear and professional when working with clients or internal teams.
• Proactive & Independent: Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and anticipate technical needs.

Bonus (Not Required but Preferred):

• Prior experience managing multiple Go High Level accounts or similar CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Slack, or Google Workspace.
