JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Research and Schedule Content: Plan and schedule engaging content for clients (mainly hotel and restaurant clients) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Google.

Copywriting: Write compelling copy and captions that align with the client's brand voice and resonate with their target audience.
Imagery Sourcing: Source and select high-quality images and graphics to accompany social media posts.

Utilize Proprietary Tools: Work efficiently within our proprietary scheduling tool to plan and execute social media campaigns.



Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of written English, with the ability to produce content that is fluent, engaging, and appropriate for an English-speaking audience.

Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Writing Skills: Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and tone.

Creativity: Ability to create engaging and original content.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.

Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.



Additional Requirements:

Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural nuances and expressions common in English-speaking markets to ensure content authenticity.

Attention to Tone: Ability to match the brand's voice and tone, ensuring captions and copy sound natural and relatable to the target audience.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in reviewing content to avoid clunky phrasing or unnatural language structures.
