Meta Static Ads Graphic Designer

We're looking for an experienced static ads designer for meta ads. He/she needs to be quick, independent, quality oriented, able to create good quality and highly performing banner ads with very little supervision. He/she is quality and detail oriented and doesn't need much hand holding to deliver top quality creatives. They are fast and reliable and communicate very well. They use Figma and are super organized in the way they work. They already worked with DTC brands (ideally in fashion) on their banner ad and their design reflect quality and are suitable for a premium brand.
