YouTube Video Editor – U.S. Cop Cam / Police Bodycam Stories (Experienced Only)

About Us

We operate multiple YouTube automation channels and are now launching a new channel in the U.S. focused on the Cop Cam / Police Bodycam storytelling niche. We are seeking experienced video editors who have already worked in this exact niche and understand YouTube retention, pacing, and storytelling through real police bodycam footage.

If you have no prior experience editing in this niche, do not apply.


Role Overview: We are hiring a YouTube Video Editor who has worked on:
- Cop Cam channels
- Police bodycam breakdown channels
- Real i ---------- storytelling channels
- Crime commentary or law enforcement channels
- You should already understand how to edit raw police footage into high-retention YouTube videos using strong pacing, motion graphics, timestamps, callouts, on-screen captions, and storytelling structure.


Must Have (Don’t Apply Without This)
- Past edits from the Cop Cam / Police Footage / Crime niche
- Links to channels you edited for OR previous video samples
- Minimum 6 months of experience editing YouTube content
- Strong sense of retention, pacing, and suspense building
- Ability to work with narration + footage + overlays
- Clean editing style — no clickbait nonsense


Responsibilities
- Edit 1–2 long-form videos per week (14–18 minutes each)
- Follow reference channel formats + storytelling structure
- Use bodycam clips, motion zooms, SFX, and retention cues
- Add labels, timestamps, and minimal but effective motion graphics
- Deliver clean, legally safe edits (no graphic gore or violations)
- Communicate clearly and meet deadlines consistently
- Compensation - Paid per video
- Long-term monthly collaboration for the right editor
