JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand expanding our team to deliver an even better customer experience.

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join us long-term and grow with our company over the years.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage customer support via email (no calls).
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Provide fast, personalized solutions to customer problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams when needed (logistics, billing, etc.).
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our products and processes continuously.

Requirements:
• Familiar with ChatGPT / Gemini or other
• Familiarity with email management tools (e.g., Gmail, Freshdesk, or similar)
• Autonomous and detail-oriented
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
