Comp: $month base + $monthly training stipend (first 6 months) + 10% commission + performance bonuses

We help companies that use vehicles stay safe, legal, and operationally sharp. We’re growing fast and building a results-driven remote sales team.

The Role

Own the full sales cycle: source leads, book and run discovery calls (Zoom/Teams), present solutions, and close deals across Eclipse DOT, DOT Docs, Forged Workshops, and Train-the-Trainer. Track activity in shared tools until our CRM is live. Build relationships, follow up, and hit targets.

You

• Excellent spoken/written English
• 2+ years B2B sales (U.S. clients a plus)
• Confident on calls/video, outbound-friendly
• Organized, competitive, coachable
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Pay & Growth

Base: $300/month
Training stipend: $200/month for 6 months
Commission: 7–10% on every closed deal (same as U.S. reps)
Bonuses: For hitting monthly goals
Schedule: Full-time, U.S. hours
