Virtual Nurses//Quality Assurance and Compliance Supervisor

Camelot Care LLC is currently looking for a license Nurses who will work online to cater the

needs of our clients/subscribers. This position is remote and you can work from your home as

long as you have a home computer with access to reliable internet. MUST have strong

computer skills

We are specifically looking for a Nurse who will manage day to day operations of the business

and the Case Managers under the company. Virtual Nurses are responsible for ensuring that

Case Managers/Care Managers employed by the company are consistently meeting the

program standards to deliver a perfect experience to our clients.

Duties and responsibilities:

? Identify Case Managers/Care Managers who are not a good fit for the company or

require additional training

? Serve as the SME in upholding the standards, expectations and timelines for each

program as well as how best to manager and retain clients

? Ensure quality and compliance

? Review client documentation in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system

? Make appropriate Case Manager/client assignments to ensure clients receive quality

services in the expected time frame

? Ensure that clients have continuity of care by minimizing reassignments

? Participate in all required training sessions

? Occasionally doing telephone consultations to help assess general concerns of a client

over the phone.

? Make routine follow up to Case Manager assigned clients

? Ensure Case Managers formulates the plan of care and establishes the priorities

necessary to achieve expected outcome

? Ensure Case Managers Identifies care activities and establishes the priorities

? Management and supervisory experience in a health care setting is preferred but NOT

required.

? Case Managers, Clinical Nurse Educators, Home Health Nursing, Telephonic Case

Review Nurses and Medical Science Liaisons experienced is preferred but NOT

required.

? Doing telephone consultations to Case Managers to help assess general concerns of

their clients over the phone

To qualify you must have:

? Setup with your home computer

? Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Skype, and Outlook

? Years of experience in the target area of expertise with a solid clinical background

? Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skill sets.

? Critical thinking and care planning skills

? Degree from an accredited nursing program

? Current RN licensure in Philippines

? Ability to work as an effective health care team member: skills of -delegation,

negotiation, collaboration

? Set goals and plans holistic care for patient/families

? Mobilizing resources to meet individualized patient/families needs
