1) Trade Monitor (Overnight) — $1/hr

Required hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM America/New_York

Must know: TradingView (monitoring alerts/levels)

What you do: Watch the price alerts/levels I give you. When an alert hits, call me immediately.
No charting, no analysis, no markups.

2) Content + Social DMs

Post simple, clear content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat

Reply to DMs fast and move people to book

Be very organized and align with my vision; you bring the plan

3) Executive Assistant (Personal)

~1 hour/day (flexible)

Grocery lists/orders, simple Amazon finds, light research, local events

Be very organized and close loops the same day

4) Video Editor

Turn lesson clips/testimonials into short videos that help us book intros

Also reply to DMs on our social posts when needed

You choose the tools and workflow; bring your plan

5) Business Consultant / Coach

Look at the swim school and give clear priorities with weekly actions

Tell me what to fix first, where to focus, and what roles/processes to add

6) Therapist / Counselor

Short sessions (text/voice/video) for stress, focus, decisions, boundaries, accountability

Share your approach and relevant experience

7) Open Skills (Any business-related role)

If you have skills that can help (e.g., web designer, SEO, email marketing, community manager, etc.), pitch your plan

HOW THIS HIRING WORKS

Step 1 — Open interview (drop-in): Join anytime Oct 16, 8:30–10:30 AM ET. Be ready to pitch your first 7-day plan for the role you choose.
Step 2 — Free mini-task (~1 hour): Required. Do not apply if you won’t do a small sample task.
Step 3 — Second interview: Review your task and expectations.
Step 4 — Paid trial (1–2 weeks): Prove outcomes. If it works, we continue long-term.
