PBK Community is a fast-growing property education brand helping aspiring property entrepreneurs learn how to build, grow, and systemize their portfolios. Founded by experienced property investors and creators, our content blends education, storytelling, and strategy and is rapidly expanding across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

We’re looking for a Video Editor & Content Assistant who’s equal parts creative and organised someone who can edit, systemize, and repurpose our short-form content into high-performing assets that drive growth.

???? What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with the founders (Kaz & Symone) and our content strategist to:

*Editing & Creation*
Edit and repurpose long-form podcasts, site visits, and talking head videos into engaging short-form content (30–90 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Add captions, motion graphics, B-roll, and sound design that align with PBK’s tone and visual identity.

Use hooks, pacing, and retention tactics to make videos scroll-stopping and shareable.

Create trial reels by repurposing our top-performing content testing different hooks, formats, and caption styles to identify what performs best.

Optimise each piece for platform algorithms, aspect ratios, and engagement behaviour.

*Content Organisation & Workflow*
Organise and maintain our content library in Google Drive/Notion — tagging clips, naming files properly, and keeping footage easy to locate.

Help plan and manage our content calendar, ensuring key clips are scheduled and reused strategically.

Track and log our most viral videos, noting trends (hooks, visuals, or sound types) for future replication.

Support the team by preparing trial reel batches for review, using insights from high-performing past content.

Coordinate with our social media manager to ensure smooth delivery and upload workflows.

*???? You’re Perfect for This Role If You:*
Have experience editing short-form content for creators, coaches, or brands in the education, business, or lifestyle space.

Know what makes a video go viral strong hook, pacing, caption design, and storytelling.

Are both creative and structured you can handle folders, file names, and editing timelines without chaos.

Are fluent with CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere, and use shortcuts and templates efficiently.

Stay on top of social trends and know how to adapt formats to fit the PBK brand.

Thrive in fast-paced creative environments and can handle multiple content pieces at once.

Background in property, entrepreneurship, or creator-led education.

Experience running A/B tests or identifying top-performing content patterns.

Familiarity with Asana or project management tools for organising creative workflows.
