Course Production Manager (Diabetes Technology E-Learning)

About the Opportunity
Join Diabetotech, a non-profit organization transforming diabetes care through independent, accredited e-learning. We are looking for a Course Production Manager who understands diabetes and can turn complex technology topics into clear, engaging learning modules for healthcare professionals.

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing one high-quality e-learning course each week on diabetes technology. The topic will be assigned — each course focuses on a specific device (glucose sensor, insulin pump, or automated insulin delivery system) not yet covered in our library. You will work closely with our founder and video editor throughout the creation process.

Key Responsibilities
- Create one new e-learning course every week
- Write the course transcript, quiz/assessment, and visual brief
- Provide curated visuals, reference clips, and other assets for editing
- Collaborate with the video editor to align narration, visuals, and pacing
- Integrate feedback from the founder until the course is finalized
- Maintain consistent structure and tone across all Diabetotech modules
- Attend the weekly Level 10 meeting every Friday at 9:00 AM CEST
- Present short progress reports during each meeting
- Course topics: specific devices: glucose sensors, insulin pumps, and automated insulin delivery (AID) systems

Profile
- Strong background in diabetes care or diabetes technology
- Clear understanding of main goals of diabetes treatment (TIR, HbA1c, quality of life)
- Experience in medical or scientific writing
- Skilled in instructional design or e-learning content creation
- Excellent written English and attention to accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet weekly deadlines

Compensation
- €1,000 per month
- Expected output: one finished course per week
