Marketing & Sales Manager (Part-Time, Remote)
Company: Diabetotech — Independent Diabetes Technology Education Platform

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on growth marketer to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that increase free course sign-ups and paid course conversions. You’ll manage and scale campaigns using Google Ads (Non-Profit Grant) and Meta Ads, with full ownership of performance and reporting.

Performance-Based Compensation
- €1,000/month (65,000 PHP) if you double current results in one month:
- Double course opt-ins
- Double paid course sales
- Double course income
- €500/month (32,000 PHP) base rate if targets are not yet met.
- Flexible hours (as many as needed) — minimum 8 hours/week.
- Mandatory weekly report and meeting every Friday at 9:00 AM (CET).

Goals (3-Month Targets)
- Grow free course opt-ins from 300 to 2,400/month
- Increase paid course sales from 15 to 120/month
- Raise monthly revenue from €600 to €4800/month

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Ad Grant) and Facebook Ads (up to €500/month).
- Build and improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths.
- Provide weekly performance reports and dashboards (Google Analytics / Looker Studio).
- Run A/B tests and track conversion improvements.
- Implement SEO and geo-targeting for organic reach.
- Propose and execute growth experiments independently.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
- Proven results scaling ads and funnels on small budgets.
- Skilled in:
- Google Ads & Ad Grants
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- SEO & keyword optimization
- Strong English communication and reporting.
- Analytical, proactive, and independent.
