JOB OVERVIEW

Starting Rate: $500/month (Full-time)
Training: 1-week intensive training (FREE, valued at $6,000)
Work Setup: Fully Remote
Schedule: Flexible – this is a hospitality business, and schedules will depend on operational needs

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental (STR) Specialist to help manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, communicates clearly, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- STR Listing & Optimization – Create and improve listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Cleaner Coordination – Manage schedules and ensure timely turnovers.
- Guest Communication – Provide prompt, professional, and friendly responses to guest inquiries.
- Calendar & Pricing Optimization – Monitor occupancy, adjust rates, and manage availability.
- Review Management & Guest Feedback – Handle guest reviews and maintain excellent property ratings.
- Damage Claims & Dispute Resolutions – Manage incident reports and coordinate with platforms for claims.
- Automation & Check-In/Out Process – Optimize workflows and guest experience through automation tools.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends or holidays if required)
- Property management or Airbnb experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with online tools and task management systems preferred

Training Program:

Selected candidates will undergo a 1-week intensive training designed to help you master STR operations.
This training is FREE (valued at $6,000) and will equip you with the knowledge and tools to succeed in this role.
