OVERVIEW:
Help turn qualified leads into scheduled calls by running our proven Instagram and email outreach system. You’ll execute pre-written messages, leave thoughtful comments, and guide high-fit prospects through a clear, repeatable process, without doing sales or getting on calls.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on clear systems, relationship building, and behind-the-scenes execution. As our Instagram Outreach & Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a key part in generating warm leads through meaningful Instagram interactions and thoughtful outreach.

Your job isn’t to take sales calls. It’s to run and refine a system that’s already working: using pre-written messages, engaging with prospects, and helping move high-fit leads toward a scheduled sales call with the founder.

You’ll engage with prospects through Instagram DMs, comments, and email, which have already been selected and written via AI. You’ll leave thoughtful, non-generic comments on their posts, use emotional intelligence to gauge interest, and help maintain the brand’s tone in every interaction.

This role is best suited for someone who:
• Wants to feel ownership over a system, but doesn’t need to build one from scratch
• Understands how relationships drive sales in a visual, trust-based industry
• Loves turning consistent, quality outreach into real business results

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Use pre-written, personalized Instagram DMs to reach out to prospects
• Carefully review each profile before outreach to ensure quality and alignment
• Monitor responses and reply to DMs to move an interested prospect to a booked meeting (you won’t be on the call)
• Follow-up with interested leads to keep them moving through the pipeline toward a booked meeting
• Monitor cold email campaigns inside Instantly.ai (no writing needed) to track KPI
• Track message status and reply outcomes using our GoHighLevel systems
• Leave thoughtful comments on posts and Stories of prospects we follow (or who follow us), to build familiarity and trust before or after outreach

NOTE: You are NOT responsible for writing messages or emails from scratch, or for finding or scraping leads. Our automated lead generation system handles that for you. Your role is to operate within this system, consistently executing pre-built workflows to build relationships and help us book calls with qualified leads.

QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong written English. You understand high-EQ communication and know how to adjust your tone with intention
• You naturally use a high-status, calm, and confident voice when engaging online
• You enjoy working independently without constant supervision
• High attention to detail. You double-check your work and keep things tidy and organized
• Comfortable using Instagram and online tools (even if you're still learning)
• Curious and willing to learn systems like GoHighLevel, Instantly.ai, Airtable, and Clay (we’ll train you)
• A basic understanding of sales psychology is a plus. You recognize when someone is showing buying signals and know how to nurture the interaction
• You're someone who’s always looking to improve, eager to learn, and committed to leveling up your skills

SALARY:
