You’ll be the right hand to King Willonius — artist, strategist, and founder of Zaena Labs, an AI innovation company creating music, media, and automation products that shape the future of culture.

We’re not looking for a typical VA.
We’re looking for an AI Growth Operator — someone who can build and automate content pipelines, marketing systems, and monetization funnels across multiple brands.

To design and run a fully automated system that:

Extracts content from long-form videos, podcasts, or livestreams.

Repurposes it into viral short-form content (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Publishes across platforms automatically with the right captions, hashtags, and timing.

Drives leads into a CRM and nurtures them with AI-powered workflows.

Turns followers into customers through smart automation and funnel design.

Automation: n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, ManyChat

AI Tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Suno

Video/Content: Descript, OpusClip, ---------- , Canva

Tracking & Data: Notion, Airtable, Google Analytics, TubeBuddy

E-commerce: Shopify, Stripe, PayPal API

Bonus: Experience with YouTube automation or funnel building

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Build automations that repurpose and distribute content daily
? Create systems to grow and track social channels
? Build funnels that capture, nurture, and convert audiences
? Manage content calendars and automation dashboards
? Collaborate directly with King Willonius on growth experiments
? Document everything into SOPs for future tea ---------- mbers
