Job Title: Rockstar Cold Caller – Solar Panel Cleaning & Inspection Appointments

We’re a growing solar services company helping homeowners keep their solar panels clean, safe, and efficient. We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven cold caller to join our team and book appointments with homeowners who already have solar panels.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads with existing solar panels.

Persuade and engage homeowners to book cleaning and compliance inspections.

Hit daily/weekly KPIs for calls, contacts, and appointments.

Keep accurate records and update our CRM with all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2C cold calling and appointment setting.

Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.

Highly motivated and target-driven mindset.

Consistent ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
