Personal Assistant to American Exec in Manila (Night Shift | Hybrid | Quezon City – South Triangle)

You will be working directly with the family who owns Cashflow On Wheels ( ----------
), a U.S.-based group with operations in transportation, real estate, and small business acquisitions.

The company functions like a boutique private equity and venture capital firm. We buy, sell, and operate companies in various industries. Some we hold and operate for long-term cashflow; others we scale and sell.

Your role as Personal Assistant will include working on the business, not just in it — helping manage schedules, communication, and daily operations while also contributing to projects in logistics, real estate, and finance. You’ll gain exposure to real deal-making and business operations that most assistants never see.

Work Setup and Requirements:

This is a hybrid role — training will be on-site, then a mix of office and remote.

Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection.

Must live within 25–30 minutes of South Triangle, Quezon City (hard requirement).

Meals provided during on-site work.

Transportation per diem included.

Must already be used to U.S. night hours and able to maintain healthy sleep habits.

Above-average pay for qualified night-shift professionals, plus bonus opportunities.

Not open to students or those holding a second job.

Hiring Procedure:
We may send an occasional email or text during Filipino daytime hours, but most communication and activity occur during U.S. business hours. We’re looking for someone who is already used to or comfortable with the U.S. night schedule.

Big bonus if you have experience in logistics, real estate, or finance.

We will be conducting both phone and in-person interviews on Thursday night (October 16th) and Friday night (October 17th), and if needed, Saturday night (October 18th).
