URGENT HIRING: FULL-TIME LOGISTICS OFFICER

Qualifications:
1. Someone who has experience shipping internationally. (e.g., China to USA). Amazon FBA experience is highly preferred!
2. Has a strong sense of responsibility and good decision-making
3. An excellent team player who is not easily disheartened and accepts feedback graciously
4. A person who possesses an outstanding and commendable work ethic and willingness to do beyond what is expected of you
5. Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills

Job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

1. Shipment plan creation
2. Daily monitoring of shipments
3. Accurate encoding of shipment status on Google Sheets
4. Constant communication with the company's Inventory Team, suppliers' lead time, and forwarders' shipping quotations, and service delivery time.
5. Weekly Report of Payables to Forwarders
6. Weekly Team Report on Logistics matters.
