Hours: 20–30/week (scalable to full-time)

About the Role:
We’re building a small, efficient, AI-integrated business ecosystem spanning real estate, roadside assistance, and eCommerce.
You’ll be the founder’s right-hand operator, working side-by-side with AI (ChatGPT and other systems) to bring multiple projects from concept to completion.

You’ll manage organization, workflows, and communication — while AI handles repetitive or creative tasks.
Your role is to direct the AI, keep operations moving, and ensure accuracy across projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AI tools to manage daily tasks and reporting

Organize Google Drive and system folders

Oversee small business operations (real estate, roadside, product)

Communicate progress, blockers, and recommendations proactively

Maintain structure and clarity in fast-moving projects

Qualifications:

Strong written and spoken English

Organized, proactive, and resourceful

Comfortable using ChatGPT, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to learn and grow with the company

Compensation & Growth:

$5–$7/hour USD depending on experience

Bonuses, raises, or profit-sharing (up to 1% ownership) after 6 months
