Full-Time YouTube VA (Executive Assistant)

We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to help run and grow multiple YouTube channels.
Your main job: research + thumbnails. Everything else is secondary.

What You’ll Do
• Research video ideas, topics, and competitors
• Design killer thumbnails that grab clicks
• Help with light video edits (basic cuts, intros, etc.)
• Keep projects, files, and publishing schedules organized

What We’re Looking For
• You’ve designed thumbnails before (show proof)
• You know YouTube and what makes people click
• You’re reliable, fast, and think ahead
• Requirement: Canva experience + GoHighlevel experience
