Social Media Cold Outreach Specialist (Meta & LinkedIn)

We’re a fast-growing Australian eCommerce business specialising in custom printed and embroidered apparel for the B2B market. We serve thousands of businesses across Australia and are expanding our reach through high-quality, outbound lead generation.

The Role
We’re looking for a proven cold outreach expert to drive B2B lead generation via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for sourcing high-quality business leads, initiating contact, and converting cold social media prospects into paying eCommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage cold leads through Meta and LinkedIn platforms
• Personalise outreach to decision-makers in target industries
• Use direct messaging strategies to drive responses and initiate conversations
• Qualify leads and convert interest into eCommerce orders or sales team handoffs
• Track outreach performance and conversion metrics

Requirements
• Proven success in cold social media outreach for B2B eCommerce
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta platform targeting tools
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to convert cold leads into customers
• Experience with Australian B2B audiences is a strong advantage
