We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Operations Assistant to support our online publishing and content systems.
You’ll be responsible for implementing digital content across our platforms — uploading blog posts, setting up
This is not a writing or strategy role — it’s about clean, precise execution and maintaining our brand’s high standard of presentation.
You’ll be working directly with our Marketing & Media Manager (Pedro) and occasionally the founder (Dylan).
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Upload and format blog posts in WordPress (headings, spacing, internal links, featured images)
• Create and schedule
• Upload podcast episodes, write show notes, and embed players on our website
• Upload course lessons and resources in Kajabi
• Create and update simple landing pages or sales pages
• Maintain and update product and event listings (WooCommerce + Humanitix)
• Perform light SEO optimisation (content optimisation, meta titles, descriptions, internal links, alt text)
• Assist with content organisation across Google Drive and Notion
• Follow SOPs carefully and suggest improvements where relevant
• Communicate proactively and deliver on deadlines
*Required Skills & Experience*
• Strong experience with WordPress (formatting, uploading, featured images, basic SEO)
• Experience with at least one CRM platform (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Familiarity with Kajabi (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Basic understanding of SEO and formatting best practices
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Drive, Notion, Slack
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and responsive communication habits
*Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)*
• Experience with podcast uploads (Buzzsprout, Podbean, or similar)
• Graphic design or Canva experience
• Knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga, or natural health
• Basic automations (Zapier, n8n, Make)
*Working Hours*
• Full-time preferred (40 hours/week), but part-time (30 hours/week) possible for the right candidate.
• Flexible hours with at least 3 hours overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for communication.
