The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Customer Happiness Team. You’ll manage customer orders end-to-end — from initial purchase through to delivery — ensuring smooth communication, accurate updates, and fast issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and manage orders, keeping customers informed
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Make welcome and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage reviews

Requirements
• 3+ years in customer service (English-speaking market)
• Experience with phone support, e-commerce, and CRM systems
• Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Australian clients is a bonus
