Canva Designer for Affirmation Cards and POD

Hello everyone!

I am building a lifestyle brand that is focused on creating beautiful, meaningful and high-quality products that inspire and uplift people every day. I am looking for a skilled and creative designer who can help bring beautiful designs to life with the help of AI.
Looking for someone who can design Digital Products with strong experience in:

- Creating affirmation card decks with original design aesthetics (you must know how to format decks for printing)
- Designing apparel (sweaters, hoodies, tote bags, hats, puzzles and more) for POD platforms like Printful.
- Knowledge of how to design products to fit POD file requirements (300 DPI, sizing, bleed, print areas, etc.)
- Familiarity with Shopify product listing requirements and mockup creation
- Good eye for typography, alignment, brand consistency and clean layouts
- Using Canva creatively (not just templates) with fonts, graphics, elements, etc.
- Can use AI design tools (Kittl, Midjourney, Leonardo, or similar) for fast, unique visuals.
- Experience setting up personalization templates. Must know how to design products with personalization/customization platforms like Hello Custom, Customily or TeeInBlue.
- Creating branded lifestyle graphics for box packaging, product mockups, inserts, thank you cards and promotional materials.
- Can use Pinterest and Tailwind for scheduling pins.
- Social media content that aligns with brand aesthetic

2. Journals, Planners, Notebooks, Workbooks (digital and print)
3. Stickers, Bookmarks, Wall Art, Posters.
4. Apparel and Accessories (sweaters, hoodies, tote bags, hats, phone cases, mugs, candles, blankets, etc.)
5. Product Inserts, Box Packaging, Tissue Wrap Designs
6. Product videos, AI UGC ads
7. Lifestyle mockups for product pages, TikTok Shop, and Shopify

Required Skills & Tools

- Canva
- Kittl or similar for typography and layout work
- Experience designing Print-on-Demand products for Printful (preferred)

- Have experience creating designs for mental wellness, mindset, affirmation, or faith-inspired brands.
- Understand social media trends for Gen Z and Millennials
- Have designed products for Etsy, TikTok Shop, or Shopify stores before
- Know how to create short-form video graphics (Reels, TikTok, thumbnails)
