AI CREATIVE MANAGER

We’re looking for someone endlessly curious, who loves learning and lives to experiment with AI tools to bring bold creative ideas to life.

The right person will have a growth-mindset and is comfortable testing, failing and iterating fast. Someone who loves to learn and brings fresh ideas to and initiatives to projects and not just following directions. Someone who's open and proactive in giving/receiving feedback quickly.

You’ll collaborate closely with me to create videos, visuals, and marketing content using the latest AI tools — exploring the limits of what’s possible in visual storytelling.

**What You’ll Do**
Create short-form videos and visuals using AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Sora, and more.
Experiment with new AI software to test creative possibilities and improve workflows.
Collaborate on marketing content for social media (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).
Research and apply trending creative techniques and viral formats.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and analytics.

**Core Skills**
???? AI Prompt Engineering - crafting and testing prompts for image, video, and voice generation tools
???? Experience with any of the following: Runway, Sora, Google Veo, Midjourney, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, ArcAds (Not all are required, but the right person will love to learn)
???? Video Editing & Post-Production – ability to assemble AI-generated visuals into short, engaging videos.
???? Creative Storytelling – turning abstract ideas into eye-catching visuals.
???? Marketing & Trend Awareness – knows what makes content viral.

**Soft Skills**
? High-output creator (fast, efficient and detail-oriented)
???? Strong communicator; THRIVES on rapid feedback and iteration
???? Trend-savvy and keeps up with the latest visual and social media trends.

**Requirements**
? 30-40 hours/week commitment with some timezone overlap for feedback sessions.
???? Reliable computer capable of running AI tools and editing software
???? Comfortable with online collaboration tools (Google Drive, Notion, ---------- , etc.).
???? Stable and strong internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps, IDEALLY above 100Mbps if fixed broadband)
???? Familiar with VPNs or proxies for accessing AI tools that may not be accessible in your region
???? Portfolio required (AI visuals/videos/experiments)

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
???? Motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Runway Gen-2, etc.)
???? Copywriting or scripting for video hooks
???? Graphic design fundamentals (composition, typography, color)
