Senior Online Citations Specialist - Dispenza (Remote - Philippines Only)

Dispenza is looking for an experienced Senior Online Citations Specialist to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of Google My Business (GMB) / Google Business Profile (GBP) citations & proven track record of leading citation teams, and hands-on experience working at BrightLocal. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for local SEO, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of citation specialists, ensuring high-quality execution and efficiency.
- Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of large-scale citations across multiple directories.
- Maintain strict NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency to boost local search rankings.
- Use tools like BrightLocal and other industry tools to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Develop and implement best practices and drive improvements in local SEO and citation management.


WHAT WE"RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of citation specialists.
- Direct experience working at BrightLocal with deep knowledge of citation processes.
- Strong expertise in local SEO, structured data, and citation best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Remote position – open to candidates based in the Philippines or India.
