Full-Time Social Media Assistant (Remote) — Canva, Scheduling, and Daily Posting

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help us manage and execute daily posting tasks across multiple platforms.

You’ll work closely with our brand owner to post, schedule, and organize content following clear SOPs and templates.
This role is execution-focused — all creative ideas, designs, and directions are already provided. Your job is to ensure everything goes out on time and accurately.

???? Responsibilities

Publish and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and X (Twitter)

Use ready-made Canva templates (no design from scratch)

Upload short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) with proper captions and hashtags

Keep content calendars and schedules organized

Maintain content folders in Google Drive

Provide weekly updates or progress reports

???? Requirements

Experience managing multiple social media platforms

Strong Canva and Google Drive skills

Familiar with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)

Good written and verbal English

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent

Able to follow clear written SOPs and checklists

Basic knowledge of hashtags, SEO, or analytics

Simple short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)

Familiar with automation or AI scheduling tools

? Work Hours

6–8 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Flexible schedule but must have at least 2 hours overlap with Taiwan time (GMT+8)

Long-term position (3+ months minimum commitment)

???? Compensation

USD $400 – $600 / month (depending on experience & skill level)
Performance-based pay increase after 3 months.
Full-time remote ongoing contract.
