The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Virtual Assistant (VA) who will support our Creative & Social Media Operations.
You’ll work closely with our school leadership to manage our digital presence, organize creative projects, and celebrate the beautiful everyday ---------- nts that happen at our early learning school.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media scheduling via SOCI (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
=>Create short highlight reels and “Life-in-a-Day” videos for children and families
=>Design weekly photo collages and branded visuals in Canva
=>Draft cheerful, parent-friendly captions that match our Create Joy tone
=>Research and write short blog posts (parent tips, early learning insights, etc.)
=>Assist in creating lead funnels, landing pages, and fun campaign ideas
=>Monitor Procare updates and teacher communications for quality and tone
=>Maintain content tracker, engagement reports, and creative project timelines

Ideal Candidate
You’re not just organized — you’re joyfully creative! ????
We’d love someone who:
=>Has experience in social media management and Canva design
=>Enjoys video editing (short-form reels, family highlights, etc.)
=>Writes in a warm, upbeat, family-friendly voice
=>Understands early learning or child care content (bonus but not required)
=>Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
=>Works with heart, humor, and a genuine love for helping others

Hours & Schedule
40 hours per week (flexible)

You’ll receive daily/weekly task lists and collaborate via email, SOCI, and Google Drive, Office 365.
Definitely need to be able to align with Eastern Time (VA, USA).
