Virtual Assistant – Amazon Storefront & Social Media Content Repurposing

Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time (with potential to grow)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our Amazon Storefront and repurpose existing TikTok content across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, digital marketing, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Amazon Storefront Management
• Maintain and update the Amazon storefront (products, descriptions, images, and links)
• Create and organize product lists and idea boards
• Track performance metrics and report top-performing products
• Optimize listings for SEO and conversions
• Ensure all affiliate links are current and functioning properly

Content Repurposing & Social Media Management
• Repurpose TikTok videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and other platforms
• Edit captions, hashtags, and formatting to match each platform’s best practices
• Schedule and post content consistently across channels
• Engage with comments and messages as needed
• Track engagement and performance of repurposed content

Qualifications
• Experience managing Amazon storefronts or affiliate shops (preferred)
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or e-commerce is a plus
