Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant (Video Editing + Brand Management)

About MAXCREDIT:
MAXCREDIT is a U.S.-based credit consulting brand that helps clients fix their credit and access 0% interest business funding. We’re expanding our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and we’re looking for a talented creative virtual assistant who can edit, manage, and post content to keep us visible and consistent online.

Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from raw talking-head clips
• Add captions, emojis, sound effects, and quick cuts to make videos engaging
• Create simple social media graphics and thumbnails using Canva
• Write short, catchy captions that align with our tone and call to action (ex: “DM the word credit”)
• Schedule content using GoHighLevel or Publr
• Track weekly analytics (views, engagement, reach)
• Keep content organized in Google Drive or ----------
• Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone, logo placement)

Requirements:
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts formats
• Excellent written English and understanding of U.S. social media tone
• Reliable internet and consistent availability
• Creative eye for pacing, captions, and storytelling
• Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel or other marketing tools

Tools You’ll Use:

Compensation & Growth:
• Starting rate: $6–$8 USD/hour (based on experience)
• Paid biweekly via Wise
• 20–25 hours per week to start (with room to grow)
