Production Designer versed in Illustrator

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Production Designer who is an expert in Adobe Illustrator. You will help us put together the following.

Packaging Design:
Create and refine packaging layouts that align with existing brand aesthetics.
Prepare dielines, ensure print-ready accuracy (bleeds, CMYK setup, etc.), and coordinate with print vendors if needed.
Adapt designs for various formats and sizes (bottles, cans, boxes, etc.).

Sales Materials
Point of sale displays
Signage
Window Clings etc.

Presentation Design:
Design visually engaging presentation decks (e.g., investor, brand, or sales decks) using provided brand assets and templates.
Format and organize slides for clarity, hierarchy, and visual flow.
Occasionally design infographics or charts for presentations.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing packaging for consumer products (beverages or CPG preferred).
Ability to retouch, color-grade, and manipulate images cleanly and consistently.
Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with dielines.
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness with remote teams.
Reliable turnaround times and attention to feedback.

Nice to Have:
Experience with Adobe InDesign or Keynote/PowerPoint for presentation design.
Familiarity with mockup creation or 3D packaging visualization.
Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
