Social Messaging Support Representative (Remote - Night Shift)

Job Description :
We are looking for 3 motivated and reliable virtual assistants to handle online messaging and customer engagement for a private online brand.
Your main task will be to communicate with subscribers, build relationships through messages, and encourage engagement on our private community platform.
You’ll need to be creative, fluent in written English, and able to follow specific scripts and conversation structures.
We’ll provide full training and daily guidance — your job will be to maintain active communication and help grow our members’ engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Chat with subscribers and maintain active conversations
• Follow specific scripts and guidelines
• Manage daily replies, updates, and activity reports
• Build positive relationships with members through consistent messaging
• Meet daily KPIs (message volume, engagement rate, etc.)

Requirements:
• Excellent English writing skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8h/day minimum preferred)
• Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
• Experience in customer support, social media messaging, or community management is a plus
• Able to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
