SEO, LinkedIn & Social Media Manager

Integrity Bookkeeping Pros, Tax with Integrity and Business Clarity Institute are U.S.-based Accounting, Tax, and Consulting firms that help business owners grow, stay compliant, and increase profitability.
We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a **highly skilled SEO, LinkedIn & Social Media Manager** from the Philippines who is creative, analytical, and results-driven.

This is a long-term position with an opportunity to grow into a **Marketing Director role** for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

**SEO Management**

* Perform keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
* Optimize website pages, blogs, and YouTube videos for higher search rankings.
* Build high-quality backlinks (no spam or black-hat methods).
* Track and report SEO performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

**LinkedIn Marketing**

* Manage both company and executive LinkedIn profiles (U.S.-based team).
* Develop LinkedIn outreach and engagement campaigns to connect with ideal clients.
* Write professional, brand-aligned LinkedIn posts.
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.

**Social Media Management**

* Plan, create, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Design polished graphics using Canva or Adobe tools.
* Repurpose long-form content (videos, articles) into short-form social posts or reels.
* Monitor engagement and community interaction.

**Reporting & Strategy**

* Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
* Coordinate with leadership on campaigns, product launches, and branding goals.
* Stay up to date on algorithm changes and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

* At least **3+ years** of experience in SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and social media management.
* Proven track record working with **U.S.-based businesses or agencies.**
* Strong understanding of Google SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
* Excellent **English communication and copywriting** skills.
* Advanced knowledge of:
* Google Analytics, Search Console
* SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
* Canva Creative tools
* Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool
* ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation
* Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Reliable internet connection and backup power plan.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary Range: ?50,000–?75,000/month (depending on experience & proven results — performance-based increases available after 90 days)
